These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rank Forest website (rankforest.co) and any services provided by Rank Forest ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Rank Forest provides Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising management services, including but not limited to campaign setup and restructuring, keyword research and targeting, bid optimization, search term negation, performance reporting, and strategic consulting for Amazon sellers.

Our services are available to Amazon sellers operating on any Amazon marketplace worldwide, including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, the UAE, and other regions.

2. Free 30-Day Trial

We offer a free 30-day trial of our Amazon PPC management services. By applying for and participating in this trial, you agree to the following:

• The trial is subject to approval. We review every application and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.
• During the trial period, we will manage your Amazon advertising campaigns at no cost to you.
• No credit card, payment information, or financial commitment is required to participate in the trial.
• At the end of the 30-day trial, you are under no obligation to continue with our services. There is no automatic billing, no auto-renewal, and no contracts.
• If you choose to continue after the trial, pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before any paid engagement begins.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of trial participants at any given time.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver the best possible results for every client, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. This includes but is not limited to:

• No guarantee of specific ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) or ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets
• No guarantee of specific revenue, profit, or sales increases
• No guarantee of specific organic ranking improvements
• No guarantee of specific traffic or conversion rate increases

Amazon advertising performance is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including product quality, pricing, competition, listing content, inventory levels, Amazon algorithm changes, marketplace conditions, and seasonal trends. Past results achieved for other clients do not guarantee similar results for your account.

Any case studies, testimonials, or performance metrics displayed on our website represent actual results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. These are shared for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of similar outcomes.

4. Account Access and Responsibilities

To provide our services, we require access to your Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Advertising console. By granting us access, you agree to the following:

• You are the authorized owner or administrator of the Amazon account.
• You grant us permission to view, create, modify, and manage advertising campaigns within your account.
• You remain fully responsible for your Amazon account, including compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service and policies.
• We will not make changes to your product listings, pricing, inventory, or any non-advertising settings unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• You can revoke our access at any time by removing our user permissions in Seller Central.

5. Your Campaigns and Data

All campaigns, keywords, bid strategies, negative keyword lists, and other advertising assets created or modified during our engagement remain in your Amazon account. They are your property. If you choose to end our services at any time, everything stays in your account — we do not delete, remove, or hold any campaign data hostage.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from your account for internal analysis, service improvement, and case studies. We will never share identifiable account data, brand names, or specific financial figures publicly without your explicit written consent.

6. No Contracts and Cancellation

We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. After the free trial period, paid engagements can be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• We will complete any work in progress for the current billing period.
• All campaign data and assets remain in your Amazon account.
• Access credentials should be revoked by you after the engagement ends.
• Any outstanding invoices for the current billing period remain due.

7. Payment Terms

For paid engagements following the free trial, payment terms will be agreed upon before the engagement begins. Generally:

• We charge a flat monthly retainer based on your account size and scope of work.
• Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing period.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.
• We do not charge a percentage of ad spend or revenue.
• Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days advance notice if the scope of work changes significantly.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. This includes your account data, advertising performance, product information, business strategies, and any other information shared during our engagement. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Rank Forest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from changes to Amazon's platform, policies, algorithms, or terms of service that are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rank Forest in the three months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any interruptions, errors, or delays in Amazon's advertising platform or any third-party services we use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rank Forest website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Rank Forest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission.

Our free tools (such as the Keyword Research Dashboard) are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your Amazon business. You may not redistribute, resell, or white-label our tools.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Tally.so, Calendly, LinkedIn, etc.). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

12. Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in your application or communications
• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of our website
• Scrape, copy, or extract content from our website without permission
• Use our services to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or policies

13. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
